Sells animal materials: Cupshe sells wool.

Cupshe sells knitwear containing wool, for example the Alpine Club White Jumper (6% wool). Its swimwear is synthetic, and only pieces whose feed entry states their composition are listed here.

On published evidence it scores 0 of 100. Brands that sell animal materials are listed after every brand that clears both gates, and cannot earn the Good badge. How the tag works

How we know

Assessed

Desk research, 22 October 2026. We read the material line on 38 Cupshe UK product pages and scanned around 400 titles across its knitwear, clothing, swimwear, cover-up and accessories collections. Two jumpers list wool: the Alpine Club White Jumper (6% wool) and the Fall Fair Pink Jumper (4% wool), so the brand does not pass our materials gate. The bags we opened are polyurethane or polyester. Most pages give fibre percentages, including recycled polyester content, but at least one, the Wild One Faux Suede Jacket, shows no composition at all. Cupshe publishes no animal-free or no-testing declaration, no supplier list and no checkable certificates; a 2023 press release claimed GRS and BSCI, which we could not confirm in any register. Only pieces whose feed entry states what they are made of are listed in our shop.

Questions people ask about Cupshe

Is Cupshe vegan?
No. Cupshe sells wool, so its range is not vegan and it carries our animal-materials tag. We list its animal-free pieces with the tag beside them, after every brand that clears both gates, so you know what the range includes before you buy.
Does Cupshe test on animals?
We found no evidence that it does. It has not yet given us a signed no-testing declaration, so we cannot confirm it either.
What is Cupshe's Fashion Without Cruelty score?
0 of 100, for what it publishes. Because it sells animal-derived materials it carries our animal-materials tag, is listed after every brand that clears both gates, and cannot earn the Good badge.
Can Cupshe earn the Good badge?
Not while it sells animal-derived materials. A brand with the animal-materials tag cannot be verified, and no fee changes that.
